Returns & Refunds

Returns & Refunds

At The Silhouette, we want your shapewear to arrive in good condition and in the correct size. Our voluntary returns policy covers incorrect sizes and damaged items. We do not offer refunds simply because you change your mind, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Incorrect sizes

If you receive an incorrect size or need help with a sizing issue, contact us with your order number, the size ordered and the size received. We will review your request and discuss an appropriate return, exchange or refund. Items returned for sizing reasons should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags and any hygiene seals intact. These conditions do not limit your statutory rights.

Damaged or faulty items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged or is faulty, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number, a description of the problem and, where available, photographs. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law. This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse or failure to follow care instructions, except where required by law.

How to request a return

Email TheSilhouetteSA@gmail.com or call 081 302 7196. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions and confirm arrangements for return shipping. Our location is Centurion, Gauteng; this is not a return shipping address.

Refunds

We will confirm the outcome of your request after reviewing the issue and, where appropriate, inspecting the returned item. Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method where possible. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies you have under applicable South African consumer law, including any applicable cancellation rights and rights relating to defective goods. Where this policy conflicts with applicable law, the law takes precedence.
